Q.  After an order is placed how long will it take to ship?  All items are made from scratch once the order is placed.  Allow 7-10 business days for item to be received.

Q.  What is the return policy?  We do not offer cash refunds.  We do allow size exchanges.  A 30% restock must be applied as all items are made after the order is placed therefore we will have to pay again for the new item to be made.
